first car crash after only four weeks of having my license. feel anxious to drive again

as shown in title. last thursday, i got into my first wreck and i am scared to death of driving again. i misjudged the amount of space i had to turn left and got t-boned in the back window/wheel while driving to school. they were going about 45 in a 25 and weren’t paying any attention.

they laid on their horn for what i assume was almost 4 seconds before it all happened, and i can only imagine they made no attempt at stopping (no skid marks, unnecessarily long honking.) all of my airbags went off on the passenger side and my suspension snapped in half on the back right wheel. my car is totaled but everyone in the situation was physically fine. their car was fine, very minor damages because their car was much higher up than mine. i understand it was my fault but i feel so bad for my parents having to deal with the whole situation.

almost 15 minutes after the crash happened, the exact same situation happened again directly behind my own accident. the sound is ingrained into my mind. thank God no one was hurt, but i nearly got hit by the debris from the other crash.

my insurance covers everything but i still feel so horrible because of my negligence.

i tried driving around my neighborhood today but i was shaking afterwards. how do i get over my fear and start driving again?

failed twice. give me some confidence?

i recently failed my road test for the second time, and my confidence and positive mindset has dropped significantly. i really don’t want to have to retake the test for the third time, but my parents are forcing me to. i know i have all the technical skills down, except for parallel parking because i’ve practiced at the test site and the parking spots are very narrow. despite this, i am extremely anxious about taking it the third time and failing once more. how can i make myself feel better and prepare for the test again? i have it scheduled for tomorrow. the fails were because of the three-point turn, but i have worked on it since the last time taking the test.

failed my road test for the second time

title. i’m just really mad and need to vent about it. i’m 16, in my state they pushed the permit test back from 16 to 15 about a year ago so i was able to get that earlier. a lot of my friends already have their license so i’m just really disappointed. first time fail was because i didn’t know the three-point turn was supposed to be a pull up and back-in maneuver instead of a pull in and back-up turn. second time i did it correctly but it was an automatic fail because my wheel went over the curb slightly. i don’t want to embarrass myself anymore by failing a third time, but my parents are making me retake it again. i’m not used to failing and my perfectionism likes to get the best of me so i’m feeling a bit crushed right now, but it feels better to just scream into the void about how much i hate three point turns 👎

parts reccomendations

i made this list about a year ago when i was considering buying a set up. please give me recommendations to update it or change the parts. i’d like for it to be a gaming set up, preferably under $1500USD. intended monitor resolution is 1080p, unless recommended otherwise. thanks!
