[HIRING] Video editors for ongoing client work — short-form, long-form, motion graphics ($25–$75+/video)

I run SpliceLab, an editing studio. I bring in the clients, match them to an editor, and QC everything before delivery. Clients so far include creators in the 15K–70K follower range.

I'm expanding the roster with experienced editors specifically.

Looking for:

- Short-form (TikTok/Reels/Shorts)

- Long-form YouTube

- Motion graphics / After Effects

- Real estate and cinematic

Pay: $25–$75+ per video depending on length and complexity. Motion graphics and long-form pay at the top of that range. Paid per project, not hourly. Paid on client approval, typically within a week of delivery.

What I need from you:

- 2–3 portfolio pieces

- Which category you're strongest in

- Your rate per video

- Your typical turnaround

-Why you are a good fit

Not a fit if you're just starting out — I'm specifically after people with client work behind them.

Comment or DM with the above and I'll get back to you.

[Hiring] Looking for video editors — beginners welcome

I run a content/scriptwriting operation and I'm building out a small roster of editors to take on work. You don't need years of experience or a fancy reel — if you can cut clean, follow a brief, and hit deadlines, I want to talk.

What I'm after:

Decent pacing and a feel for retention (cuts, b-roll, captions, sound)

Reliable communication and turnaround

Willingness to take feedback and iterate

Experience level doesn't matter. I'd rather work with a sharp beginner who's hungry than someone coasting on a portfolio.

Send me:

A sample or two of your work (even practice edits are fine)

Your software (Premiere, CapCut, Resolve, whatever)

Rough rate or how you like to charge

Drop a comment and I'll reach out.

[FOR HIRE] Long-form YouTube scriptwriter — finance, history, true crime & horror | retention-focused.

I write long-form scripts for faceless and educational YouTube channels, focused on one thing: retention. Hooking viewers in the first few seconds and keeping them to the end.

What I do:

- Long-form scripts, 1,500–3,000 words (roughly 8–20 min videos)

- Niches: finance, history, true crime, and horror / scary-footage

- I study your best-performing videos (and your retention data, if you share it), then build new scripts on the structure that already works for your channel — cold-open hooks, open loops, and paced re-engagement

Turnaround: 2–3 days per script, with consistent ongoing output if you need a weekly schedule.

Rates: negotiable depending on length, niche, and volume. Happy to do a paid test script on a topic of your choice so you can judge fit on your own material before committing to anything.

DM me for my portfolio or comment with your niche and a video or two, and I'll tell you exactly how I'd approach your next script.

Timezone: EET (Europe), available now.
