Let's summarize the whole situation at Bethesda Softworks (Publishing) :

• Doom the dark ages was a failure commercially, considering its budget and the fact that ID also hired loads of new devs for it. -> (So xbox reverted them back to 2016 size).
• Bethesda internal studio is now at 400+ developers, and released a mediocre game (Starfield) with absolutely horrible DLCs. -> (Management layer mess, will be simplified and restructured??)
• Fallout 4 Anniversary Edition was a disgrace, only the Switch 2 port is decent. -> (Probably a very small team worked on it ? Like 2 people ?).
• ESO has been in user decline for years, it's not profitable anymore clearly. -> (Xbox decided to cut their team the most, shifting focus towards the other IPs).
• Fallout 76 has been going for 8 years, with free content, clearly no longer profitable. -> (Most of the team is gone, probably the game will be shifted to life support or single-player mode offline).
• In 5+ years under Xbox, there were 0 good products released, and they claim ES6 is still years away ? Shit should release in 2027 end of discussion. I suspect BGS will face massive restructure, or shutdown entirely, and they even retained rights to Fallout and ES ? (Internal agreement with Xbox according to C. Avellone) , this sounds insane to me, we could have had already new games or different takes into these franchises, and BGS stopped that on purpose ? Zero remastered for F3 or FNV, not even the thought of 3D remake for FO1 and FO2. I can't wrap my head around how mismanaged BGS has been, or who they hired , Skyrim was made with 100 devs, and here 400+ people can't make a single good product ? Who did you hire ?
