[GEN3] Shiny Swablu average HP?
I randomly encountered a shiny swablu when I wasn't hunting for it so wasn't really prepared with a sleep or false swipe pokemon. I can try breloom but i don't want to risk effect spore poisoning it. I think my best bet is dragon rage but I'm not sure what level 16 swablus average HP is. Is there a chance dragon rage will faint it?
