Hey, what would you say is the most customisable Android UI on the market rn? Preferably with a short explanation why you‘d say so

Hey, I am looking for a new android phone smaller than 6.4‘. I definitely want something with good camera, good battery life and a comfortable but customisable UI.
Also my last phone was an iPhone (all the ones before that were android tho) and I would prefer something that does not look/feel like an iPhone
