Can Sanji join the club? 🥹

Hello everyone!

We adopted Sanji at a local shelter. He was still available for adoption as he was a little scared of humans. He had had visits but as he would start hissing people did not adopt him. I just fell in love with him deeply. All it took was a snuggle in the blanket with me and he was purring. 💙

He has the most bluest crazy big eyes I have seen in my life. He is the baby of the family (now 11 months old).

I was searching for what his fur pattern would be called and came upon lynx point siamese but I am not sure still🤔

Troca de casa sem imobiliária

Olá a todos. Eu e o meu marido vamos vender o nosso apartamento para comprar outro imóvel. A nossa questão aqui é que com o valor do CPCV da venda do nosso apartamento é que poderemos fazer o CPCV do novo imóvel que iremos comprar.

Já cá tive agências imobiliárias para fazerem estudos de mercado gratuitos mas não consigo justificar na minha cabeça pagar 5%+IVA.

A minha pergunta é: já houve aqui alguém que estava na mesma situação que nós e trocou sem usar imobiliária? Se sim, como fizeram o processo e se têm algumas dicas?
