Why did CHP have some SMPV's with lightbars and others slicktop?

Today was a bank holiday so it was absolutely mad. Basically my manager shouted at me for a very small reason and I got angry. I swore under my breath alot and the customer heard me. She didnt say anything but my colleague heard. When i went on my break I punched a wall downstairs. There was no damage but I hurt my hand. I told my manager and he reported it but I basically said I was fine so I stayed until the end of my shift. Everything with my manager is ok but my colleague said she is going to say something to the main manager tomorrow. What is going to happen and what do I do?
