Edit: thanks for all the comments! I think I’ll stick with the top and a better strapless bra, then stay on the hunt for a skirt or flowy pants and maybe some sling back heels instead of these!
I also ordered the top in a burgundy so may do that with flowy white pants!
My wedding isn’t until fall 2027 but I’m trying to plan out how to communicate the limited room numbers to guests. I have our booking link from the venue but wondering how other couples have shared this with your guests.
We did the Run of the Run option, so we are locked into all the rooms. 26 rooms but 170 total guests. We have a list of priority guests we want to offer the rooms to first, knowing that some may choose to stay elsewhere (looking at a room block offsite), but what is the best way to do that without just putting the info on the invite for anyone on our guest list to use?
I’m thinking either an insert just for those people with our save the dates or invite; or just reaching out to all those folks separately and tracking manually, and asking others as guests on our priority list declines.
I want to make sure they’re all booked so we don’t just have empty rooms we are paying for, but also make sure our VIPs have a room on site if they want.
Am I overthinking? What have other couples done? Thanks in advance!
