Tick bite

We removed a tick from my wife’s leg twelve days ago. The redness that developed seemed to be subsiding during the first week, but then it grew larger. We went to see the doctor. He said it didn’t look like a typical symptom of Lyme disease, prescribed an ointment and booked an appointment for a test two weeks later. She has been using the ointment (Fucicort) for three days now. The redness hasn’t gone down; in fact, it has become more pronounced, and there is a slight itching and a sensation of warmth.
Should we wait for the test, or are these symptoms sufficient to indicate Lyme disease?
We will travel to South America in 4 weeks, we would like to be treated before our trip. That's why it stressed us out.

In person ticket and return train

When we check the tickets saled online, 06:00 and 07:00 is preferred less. Is it the same trend also in person ticket sale?
Our plan is now to buy in person ticket in the evening, for two/three days later at 06:00 or 07:00.
We would like to book our train ticket accordingly.

I have also one question regarding return train. Yesterday there was a train at 15:20 but today it is not listed at all (probably sold out :( )
We have been told not to book the train after 16:00, otherwise we can not see much since it will be dark.
Would 16:44 train be too late to see the scenery?

Thank you in advance

Sacred Valley tour during the stay in Sacred Valley

Before our visit to Cusco and Machu Picchu, we are planning to stay a few nights in Sacred Valley for acclimatization and we would like to make the sacred valley tour while we are staying there.
However, we couldn't find a tour starting from sacred valley (apart from private tours, we are only two!).
Do you know any? What would you recommend?

Thanks in advance

Salkantay trail including Machu Picchu on September

My wife and I, we are going to travel to Cusco on 20.09.2026. We will stay there 3 days for acclimatization.
We want to do Salkantay trail including Machu Picchu (4-5 days).

We have some questions.

1- Do you recommend any specific tour?

2- All the tickets for circuit 2 and 3 are sold out. Are there any tours buying these circuits tickets in advance and providing as a package of Salkantay trail?

3- If we keep checking the official website, is there any chance that we can find the tickets? Are they being cancelled and re-selled?

Thanks in advance

Imbros Gorge - transportation

We (as two people) will go to Imbros Gorge entrance by rental car, this week. After we finish the hiking, how can we return back to entrance?

I see some info about bus and taxi but couldn't find a valid information like schedule of bus, price for taxi, etc.

Thank a lot in advance
