Circles

Spoiler marker to be safe but not sure this is really a spoiler.

I do NOT understand circles at all. I know the fandom wiki can be wrong, but I tried reading the page on circles to understand and it makes no sense to me so hopefully someone can help me understand.

>The men are absolutely unable to form circles by their own, instead without a man, the maximum number of channelers in exclusively female circles is thirteen.

>With the addition of a man, bringing the total to fourteen, an additional thirteen female channelers are possible, reaching twenty-seven. After this, only eight female channelers can be added with the addition of one male channeler, up to the limit of seventy-two total channelers, following this scheme

...

>For example, the most powerful balance for a circle would be thirty-five men and thirty-seven women.

If a circle is limited in how it can be formed for both genders (13 female + 1 male) and then the weird + 8 rule afterwards, how would there be a circle of 35 + 37?

Weapons in WoT

Vague title to avoid spoilers. I tried searching old posts on here and couldn't find anything so hopefully this isn't a repetitive question.

When Aludra invents dragons teeth, what are you all picturing? I can't figure out what kind of weapon it's alluding to, if it's basically a precursor to a shotgun just in cannonball size (like a shrapnel cannon) or something else.

ETA: I know Dragons are cannons and Dragons Eggs are cannonballs, I'm asking specifically about Dragons Teeth, which are a separate weapon or at least type of ammunition
