Anyone else have their 'Quests' disappear half way through doing them?

It was a slow night tonight, plenty of orders but long, long wait times collecting them. By the time I had finished my 6th order to complete the Quest, I went back to the home screen to see it had disappeared, along with all of the other 4:30-9:30 quests for this weekend. I called up support and she said that it'll be escalated and I'll hear from them in 24 hours, and she also mentioned that your approval rating needs to be higher to receive quests which I found a bit odd as my approval has always been at 8%-10%. I did, however, receive an update when I stopped for dinner, and I'm really hoping that the update didn't introduce this new rule.

Gigabyte monitors straight from China go hard!

If you're in the market for a cheap, high quality monitor, try to get one straight from the source, CHINA! This bad boy sent me back $150 at 2k res with 170fps! AliExpress always has a good deal on them.

Why can't my body push out kidney stones anymore?

Male 27. I would drink 2 iced coffees a day in highschool which would amount to 150% of my calcium intake, and as a result I had 50 odd kidney stones all around the 2mm - 6mm size range at 18.

As I've gotten older, the stones have been dislodging more frequently, to the point where in the last 2 years I've been almost in a constant state of passing kidney stones. I've had 2 stents in over the last 5 years, one in each side, due to having stones getting caught. In this time I can only recall passing 3 naturally.

I'm currently lying here, unable to move out of fear of spasms. The whole process of getting a stent in is by far the most traumatic experience I've had, and I've been through some stuff. I'm too defeated to go through it again. I've been in pain since the start of the year, without passing a single stone, last time I checked, I had 11 left.

Is there any hope of me passing it naturally or have I destroyed my uterers with constant scarring from stones and stents? Am I going to need a stent every time I'm passing a stone? I drink ample amounts of water and try to walk around as much as possible but obviously 6 months in, it's definitely stuck. Any tips to help me pass it other than drinking alcohol? I've found this can work, but can also go very wrong and give me spasms so bad I pass out. Also don't wanna be an alcoholic to solve a health problem, kinda silly.

Any tips to make my life more bearable would be nice, too.
