deadname on medical report

hi everyone! i was assessed for autism before my name was legally changed, and it has both my deadname and my name + pronouns on there. i have to use that old diagnosis report as supportive evidence for disability accomodations. i'd obviously prefer not to out myself and reveal my deadname every time i have to get disability accomodations, but i have no idea if there's actually anything i can do? anyone else had experience with this?

i'm in scotland, was assessed via healios through cahms, if it matters. thanks!

so tired and frustrated :(

some kind of vent i guess :(

failed my second test today, i emotionally managed better than my first test but god it's so upsetting to fail. i have multiple disabilities so doing the test is so difficult for me, i actually failed because i totally misinterpreted a verbal instruction from the examiner and ended up cutting across a roundabout lane. i knew i'd done it the second it was over and realised i shouldn't have just listened. so when it came to the forward bay parking manoeuvre i just couldn't focus and totally screwed it up. i can drive, everyone agrees i can. i have just always struggled taking any kind of test. i don't know why the pressure of taking the test is different from the pressure on the road, i can drive just fine under pressure unless it's the test 😭 and then i feel so bad for taking up my stepdad's time teaching me and taking up a test slot.

i really need independent transport and i simply won't have time for driving once my new college year starts so i'm going to take a break from cars and do a bike cbt instead and get a scooter. it'll keep my general road skills sharp and then I can practice car specific skills again next year. i'll return someday o7 but man. it's so demoralising

guild recruiting! f2meta: f2p and beginner friendly ^.^

hi everyone! i'm a returning player using a new account, so my account is low level but i'm very knowledgeable about the game!! i really enjoy the meta aspects of the game but i also have a life so the high level guilds are a bit much for me. if this sounds like you, or if you're just interested in learning a bit more and being in a guild with low expectations, i'd love to have you!

the inevitable update to my previous post (tagged but not graphic injury)

emergency room :(

previous post: https://www.reddit.com/r/wheelchairs/s/YIvTF7muPY

this WAS preventable in some ways due to me being ambulatory but i should just be able to use my chair!! i shouldn't have to be forced into walking or constantly getting up and down because an airline breaks my chair!! augh. at least i got a tetanus booster.

it finally happened :( airline broke my chair

at the very least, they didn't mangle him. but honestly the whole flight process was so awful it became funny when i realised the handrim was broken to the point of slicing my hand up. of course i've submitted a claim for damage and we should be able to get it fixed within the week, and luckily i'm ambulatory enough and have no immediate plans so it's Okay, but. a lot of coincidences had to line up for this to not be awful. genuinely think airlines should have to pay compensation for every day a wheelchair user cannot use their chair. especially if it's custom. they broke my legs :(

Compensation Offered But...

so i was offered compensation for a cancelled flight under the eu regulations, but the link they gave me not only offers it in USD, but the drop down for choosing your country doesn't even include any eu countries, or the uk where i'm from, so i can't even claim it. i've submitted feedback asking about it as customer service told me to but i'm just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience or knows what's going on here?? you can see the full list of countries they gave me above, really bizarre considering i claimed under eu regulations and the flight was eu-uk.
