I'm really struggling with making humans that I want. I don't know if this is a broken mechanic or if they plan on changing it. But as of right now trying to create the profession is inferiorating.

I feel like I'm just rolling the dice with the RNG gods and hoping I get what I want in space. This game is so labor intensive to create the little fuckers I want to control the outcome.

Anyone else?
