I'm pretty confused about my PF claim rejections. The reasons for rejection are in picture 1.
Here's a quick rundown of my work history.
I started at my first company (previous employer) on May 30th, 2022, and my June salary included arrears for May, so the EPF wages in picture 2 are over 15k. So, based on the rules, am I even eligible for EPS? I know if EPF wages are less than or equal to 15k, you're eligible for EPS.
My employer contributed to EPS until August 2023, then stopped in September 2023, and the amount that was going to EPS is now part of the employer's share. Check out picture 3.
Fast forward to February 7, 2025, I switched jobs and now my new company is also contributing to EPS. Picture 4.
I've got a couple of questions:
First, about my claim rejection: what should I do since it says EPS wasn't received since September 2023?
Am I even eligible for EPS or not?
