Tivo Mini remotely over Ubiquiti Travel Router

Has anyone tried this? Just did a simple test on home network and Mini could not see the DVR in the house. All other network tests pass in the Mini Settings menu. Goal is to take this to a timeshare and watch shows remotely.

First Class Service inconsistency

Last week, LAX > RDU, got on board, FA quickly takes drink orders and gets everyone serviced despite working around the 200 coach class passengers that are moving through FC cabin with a smile on her face (FA name = Bailey).    Once in the air, everyone has their meal at their seats within about 30 mins.   Bread served from a nice looking basket after meal delivered, dessert shows up within 20 mins of meal completion.  Well done.

Return flight RDU > LAX (next day), FA (not Bailey) waits til all passengers on board then brings around a tray of water cups, no choice of drink.   Once in the air, meal service (taking orders) starts one hour after take off, and takes TWO HOURS before the last person in last row of FC gets their meal  (excruciating).    Took my tray out twice thinking she was coming but, no, had to put it back because my legs are so long I can't keep tray down for long periods.  Bread service consists of FA holding a plastic bag in your face asking you which piece of bread that you want.   Dessert comes one hour after meal service completes.

Just don't understand the large discrepancy between the two flights.

What Livestream service are you using?

We've been using Resi but it seems too expensive for our 1 remote site. We stream to FB, YT and our website. What do you use? is it a cache based system to ensure steady stream? Please tell!

UPDATE: Thanks to all who responded, superhelpful, will dive into each of these suggestions, keep them coming!

FeatureRequest: Ping me when a seat comes free

I'm an EP, maybe everyone gets this, maybe not. Right now I have a middle Exit row seat and hoping that the window or aisle seat in that row becomes available before the flight next week. Why do I have to login 5 times a day to see if the seat is free? I want to be able to click on a seat and be able to select "Alert me if this seat becomes available." They own the reservation system, yes? It's just code. AI could probably do it in 5 minutes. (I know, testing, testing, testing....)

Anvpiz ONVIF camera won't re-adopt after firwmare update

Have about 30 ONVIF cameras on this NVR Pro so not a beginner. Also have several other YM500L's that are working fine after firmware upgrade, this one won't. Deleted camera from Protect. Made all the usual settings, then tried a factory reset to no avail. Camera won't show up in Protect devices screen for discovery/adoption, but does show up in Unifi Network view. Am I missing something obvious? There used to be a button for manually adding a camera, but can't find that at the moment (is it still a thing?). NVR is set for 3rd party camera discovery, also tried restarting it a few times.

RESOLVED: Thanks to Rezz below found the question mark with the advanced adoption button....

Need safety device to keep burners from turning on when someone brushes by them.

We've owned this stove for 5 years and love it, except that it's not hard to inadvertantly touch one causing the knob to rotate and engage the burner. This happened at a party over the weekend, an adult visitor was getting something off the stove and leaned into it and didn't notice, causing some drama, we were fortunate that it was noticed in time to do big damage. I'm looking for a device that would ideally be childproof, and fit over all 6 knobs. Called Kitchenade, they don't have such a thing, guessing I will need to fab one but looking for advice, thanks...

Buddy of mine wired his completely remodeled home with Ubiquiti 6a Cable, then bought True Cable Cat6A unshielded RJ45 jacks with “load bar”; True Cable Cat6A Extra Large “pass through” and Zoerax. None of them work.  The other non-Ubiquiti cable he tried is also “23 AWG” and connectors slide on easily. The problem with UACC-Cable-C6A-CMR is the inconsistent individual conductor insulation thickness. This is especially apparent trying the Cat6A load bar one wire at a time. I've terminated hundreds of CAT 5/6 cables in my lifetime and could not for the life of me get that Ubiquiti cable to work with any of my connectors. What are we doing wrong?

(he contacted Ubquiti support one week ago on chat and the response has been.....nothing....)
