I recently flew KLM Premium Comfort from AMS to BKK. I have flown Premium several times on AF, but this was my first time on KL. I was pleasantly surprised at the experience, as it seemed more upscale than AF’s.

The seats seemed fairly new, the screen was definitely larger, the meals were much tastier and the service was noticeably classier. Is this normal or was I just lucky that I got the 2026 cabin iteration of the Boeing 777-200ER?
