The Emancipator, in particular, is still my favorite because of its extremely overwhelming firepower, being able to clear mega-nests and automaton fortresses alone. Honorable mention to the Breakthrough for its fun gameplay and great ammo economy and survivability, the shield's strike erases everything in its path.
