Why can’t I go LIVE on TikTok anymore after hitting 1k followers?

I thought maybe I lost access because of follower count but I’m still above 3k followers right now.

A few weeks ago I could stream normally, then randomly TikTok LIVE not working anymore. The button completely disappeared.

Now my account says TikTok live restricted but there’s no clear reason listed anywhere.

I checked TikTok account status and there’s only one small violation from months ago. Nothing serious enough to remove LIVE access permanently.

What’s weird is my friend’s newer account can still stream with fewer followers than me.

I already sent a TikTok live appeal but support hasn’t answered in 9 days.

Anybody know how TikTok live eligibility actually works now? Feels completely inconsistent.

Anyone else getting fewer YouTube comments even when views are higher ?

My recent uploads on YouTube are actually getting more views than videos from a few months ago, but comment sections feel way quieter now. A video hitting 25k views used to get hundreds of comments for me, now some barely cross 40 to 50 comments even with similar reach. Makes me wonder if audiences are becoming less engaged overall or if content consumption habits changed recently. Are other creators noticing this too?

The fact that there is no real human support on Instagram is genuinely one of the biggest scams in tech right now

Instagram has over 2 billion active users.

Meta made over 160 billion dollars in revenue last year.

And if your account gets wrongfully disabled today you will spend weeks talking to automated responses that all say the same thing.

No phone number. No email. No chat support. No human being who can actually look at your specific situation and help.

Just a loop of appeal forms that go nowhere and help center articles that do not apply to your problem.

They have the resources to build real support. They choose not to because automated rejection is cheaper than accountability.

And creators just accept it because what choice do they have. The platform has all the power and users have none.

At some point regulators need to look at a company this size offering literally zero real support to people whose livelihoods depend on their platform.

Has anyone here ever actually reached a real human at Instagram support? Genuinely want to know if it is even possible.

TikTok logged me out of my account and now it's saying my phone number isn't registered. I never changed anything. Has this happened to anyone else recently?

This was completely out of nowhere.

Opened TikTok this morning like any other day.

Got kicked to the login screen.

Typed in my phone number. "This number is not associated with any account."

Tried my email. Same thing.

I've had this account for over a year. Same phone number the entire time. Never switched devices. Never changed my login details.

Went to the forgot password option. It's sending a code to a number I don't recognize. Which means either my account got hacked and someone changed the recovery number or something went seriously wrong on TikTok's end.

Submitted a support ticket immediately. No response yet.

Tried the in-app account recovery form. It asked me to verify my identity with an old phone number or email. I put in everything I've ever used and none of it is matching.

I don't know if this is a hack, a TikTok glitch, or something else entirely.

There have been 65 user reports of TikTok issues in just the last 24 hours according to outage trackers so I'm starting to wonder if this is happening to more people right now.

Has anyone dealt with a login issue like this recently where TikTok just stopped recognizing your account? How did you actually get it back?

Social media stopped being fun when everyone started trying to become a creator

I miss when people posted random photos, weird thoughts, and normal life updates online. Now every platform feels like a competition for engagement, personal branding, or going viral. Even regular users

Are Instagram Analytics Making Creators Overthink Everything?

Sometimes I feel like Instagram analytics help creators less than people think. You start checking watch time, retention, shares, saves, reach, follower activity, and suddenly every post feels like a performance report inste

Do Instagram Reels Die Too Fast Now?

One thing I’ve noticed lately is how quickly Instagram reels seem to lose momentum. A reel might get decent reach for a few hours, then suddenly stop getting pushed almost completely. Earlier it felt like posts had a longer lifespan, but now everything moves so fast that content feels disposable after one day. It makes consistent growth harder because every post depends on immediate performance. Are your Instagram reels also dying out faster recently, or have you figured out ways to keep them getting reach longer?

Has TikTok Made It Too Easy for Creators to Fake Expertise and Build an Audience Anyway?

Sometimes it feels like confidence and presentation matter more on TikTok than actual knowledge or experience. People can speak confidently for 30 seconds, use good editing, and suddenly viewers start treating them like experts on topics they barely understand themselves. The fast pace of the platform makes it hard to fact check anything in the moment, so misinformation spreads really easily. Makes me wonder if TikTok unintentionally rewards people who sound convincing more than people who are genuinely informed.

Would your personality survive if YouTube fame hit overnight ?

A lot of creators dream about blowing up on YouTube fast, but sudden attention seems to change people more than they expect. Bigger ego, fake behavior, constant pressure, obsession with numbers, it happens to a lot of creators after success. If your channel suddenly gained millions of subscribers this year, do you think you’d stay the same person or would YouTube fame eventually change you too?
