KTM 350 Adventure Pune on-road quote — where can I save?

Hi everyone,
I’m planning to buy a KTM Adventure 350 in Pune and received the following quotation from the dealer.
The quoted breakup is:
Ex-showroom / Basic: ₹2,86,858
RTO: ₹35,681
Logistics: ₹1,000
Accessories: ₹1,337
1 Yr. Comprehensive + 5 Yr. TP: ₹14,987
On-road with comprehensive: ₹3,39,863
0 Dep Insurance: ₹17,559
On-road with 0 Dep: ₹3,42,435
Additional 5 Years Warranty: ₹2,599
Labour-free AMC: ₹2,360
Final total including all of the above: ₹3,47,394
I’m also buying it through Amazon, which is already saving me around ₹15,000 on the ex-showroom price.
My questions for KTM owners / people who recently bought a bike:
Can I skip the dealer's ₹17,559 0-dep insurance and buy it myself from another insurer?
Is ₹14,987 for 1-year comprehensive + 5-year third-party reasonable for the Adventure 350?
Are the ₹2,599 additional 5-year warranty and ₹2,360 labour-free AMC worth taking, or can I skip them?
Is the ₹1,337 accessories charge optional?
Is there anything else in this quotation that I can negotiate or remove?
What was your final on-road price for the Adventure 350 in Pune?
I’m trying to get the best possible deal without compromising on necessary insurance/coverage.
Would appreciate advice from anyone who recently purchased the KTM 350 Adventure.
