Frustrated after poor quality installation, cannot get support from Starlink

Had my Starlink receiver installed by a Dish Network employee last week. The job was done really sloppy, with a wire hanging off the side of the house and the dish being misaligned/obstructed. He was at the house for nearly 7 hours working on it. The employee told me it was his first solo install and “did the best he could”. I’ve called Starlink and opened a ticket via the AI. No one has gotten back to me. It keeps telling me someone will call me later in the day but no one does. I’m super frustrated and am just considering cancelling service. What can I do to get this rectified?

How is it living in southern Colorado around the Great Sand Dunes national park area?

What’s it like living around the Alamosa, Fort Garland, Mosca areas? I remember visiting Great Sand Dunes National Park some years ago. It was May and I remember it being very cold and windy. Absolutely beautiful scenery and friendly people.

What is it like living in this part of southern Louisiana, USA?

On the map it looks like it would feel isolated but I’m really curious!

How do you overcome the feeling of not belonging anywhere?

I was born in the US to South Asian and German American parents. No matter where I am, I’ve always felt like the “foreigner”. I’m too white to be South Asian, and in the US and Germany people ask “where are you from?” It’s always been complicated trying to establish an identity. I’m proud of all my roots but it gets demoralizing constantly feeling like an outsider. What do you do to overcome this?
