Forgive my ignorance, but why is the symbol for the Custodes a big “I”?
I for Imperium? Inquisition? One? Eagles and talons and lightening bolts all make sense to me but why is there a big “I” always in the background?

I made this list and I want to hear your thoughts. I love infantry and dreads. I know I’ll be lacking AT, but with Shield Host and lethal hits on 5’s, how huge of a deal is that?
I do not want any Allarus models, I know they’re beastly but I won’t buy them and I’m not a huge fan of the bikes either.
I’m debating between Purge the Foe or Take and Hold. I’m also magnetizing the Galatus so debating whether that should be an Achillus for slicing tanks in half instead. Let me know your thoughts!

The new 30K models have been confirmed as usable for 40K, however the design of those kits gives no options for the way 40K units typically use the Vexilla (with a shield, or guardian spear for Wardens.)
What do you think will happen? Do you think they will make Vexilla Bearers characters? Will they give them more weapon loadouts so the new kits work? Or will they not change anything, so we must continue kitbash them?
I am struggling to make a list, simply because I do not want any SOS. I want mostly guards, wardens, maybe some bikes and dreads. I keep coming out to 8 units and thinking wow, that’s not very many activations.
How do you guys deal with this?
I am thinking about starting a Shield Host for 11th with mostly Guard squads. I love how the new models look, however I’d rather not have six identical squads on the board.
Has anyone here tried adjusting them to achieve different poses? If so, some pictures or tips would be appreciated, thanks!
