Vasectomies are great, why not use them?

For context, I've had 2 kids prior to getting mine. I have people I work with, as well friends who no longer plan on having kids but their family planning is always based on their wives'/girlfriends' contraceptives or condoms. Or worse, calendar method and pulling out.

Vasectomies are probably the most effective family planning solution for men aside from abstinence, so I wonder why most men don't take this option seriously.

My post vasectomy experience was 1 week of mild pain post-operation, 1 month of mandatory masturbation or protected sex (just to make sure you flush out any remaining sperm that's already left your balls but not yet made it out of your penis). After I got my test results indicating "no sperm found" in my ejaculation, sex with my wife has completely condomless and she hasn't used any contraceptions. Sex is more spontaneous, and btw you still orgasm and ejaculate the same ay after vasectomy, you just don't have any sperm going out with your cum.

I have a job offer that I am considering to get. According to the hiring manager, the pay won't be subject to Philippine income tax since I'll be employed in Singapore.

I just wanted to check if this is legit. I'm fairly certain that I'd still have to report or pay something.
