Local Cottage Bakery Coming to Edmond/OKC – What Would You Love to See?

Hey neighbors!

I’m planning to open a small cottage bakery right here in town and would love some community input before getting started. The goal is to offer fresh, homemade baked goods made with quality ingredients and a personal touch — think cookies, breads, pastries, and seasonal treats.

Before finalizing everything, I’d love to hear from the community:

● What kinds of baked goods would you be most excited to buy locally?

● Do you prefer classic favorites (like chocolate chip cookies and banana bread) or more unique items (like specialty pastries or gluten-free options)?

● How do you usually like to order — pre-orders, pop-up events, or weekend pickups?

I currently have a cottage bakery but I'm relocating. I'm also fully licensed (since that matters for some to know)

Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions would be amazing! Thanks for helping shape a local bakery that truly fits the areas tastes!
