NSmen, what happens when you hit the statutory age without completing the required number of high key?

Just curious, according to ns.gov.sg once you reach the statutory age (50 and 40) respectively, you are considered an ex-NSman.

Has anyone here MR-ed due to old age before? what's it like? I heard you wont get the bonus?

Came across Microsoft Forge which is a framework to build workflows.
