Tama m!x, mint condition from Japan just arrived :) I’m waiting for my screen protector to play normally, photo was taken mostly to test if everything’s fine.
Jokes in the title aside, this one wasn’t that expensive compared to what I saw on this subreddit and online (still my priciest so far tho)

Preamp upgrade to get the most from KSM44 during voiceover?
Hi. I’m a home recording voice actress, and I need to upgrade my audio interface. I wanted to ask for your recommendation.
I have Shure KSM44/sl, for years used with a Focusrite Scarlett, and I am far from satisfied with the sound results in recording voice over and dubbing.
Recently my friend borrowed me (it’s been two weeks or so of tests at home) theirs SSL2 preamp and the change I heard was enourmous, so I finally motivated myself for a setup upgrade.
Here comes my question - what audio interface would suit the best my microphone for voice over and VA recording in semi professional home booth?
edit: my workstation is iOS, which might change anything in your answers? Since I use its native audio drivers by default
