Multiple holes/craters in epoxy

This issue started appearing a day after the contractor did garage floor epoxy. They’re claiming it was a “floor imperfection” but I believe this is a workmanship defect requiring proper repair, including preparation, patching, and reapplication of the epoxy system. What are your thoughts ?

Pietra Spaccata Venetian Plaster

Wondering, what brand would you guys prefer for this finish. Dulux Venetian Modello or Italian brand Istinto?

Had my exposed aggregate concrete poured last Wednesday and they washed the next day, I noticed some areas looked more patchy than others. They cut and sealed it yesterday, but the patchiness is still quite noticeable across most of the slab from standing distance.

I understand there’s always some natural variation with exposed aggregate, but I was expecting a more consistent finish overall. Would be great to get concrete experts thoughts on it and see if there are any options to improve the consistency. I have attached photos for reference.

Just noticed after handover that builder installed the GPO below the 2 water taps at rear of my property. I am concerned now, is it safe or compliant ? I understand it’s designed for outdoor to cope with rain and etc. but below the water taps, I mean seriously!!! Need advice what should I do next ?
