Fantastic studio apartment in a luxury building. I love my place but am moving down to FiDi to be closer to work, otherwise I'd stay here forever. Two huge closets, pet friendly, dishwasher, all utilities included, no amenity fee, doorman, elevator, rooftop terrace with a view of the Empire State Building. I'm moving June 9th so am looking for someone to take over my lease (runs through October 9th) or sign a new lease.
