Concerns regarding legitimacy of the Satyress Three Halves robot

So, I have some serious concerns regarding the Satyress "Three Halves" Robot. First among them is that the creator, Beau G/Beau Gaston is a ten year employee of Tesla, a fact I have never seen disclosed online. Secondly, "Satyress Robotics" and "Satyress" are not registered business entities under the California Secretary of State.

I am also extremely skeptical of the usability of the robot. There's an unlisted page called "Build Progress" hidden on the website which shows the actual level of completeness of the Three Halves robot at this time. It appears to be a metal endoskeleton of just the human part of the centaur, with one actuator in it. There are also some Blender models of the legs. It could be argued that these are old photos, if it was not for the fact that the photo metadata shows they were taken by a Google Pixel 6 on 07/06/2026.

I am inclined to believe, from what I've seen so far, that this essentially amounts to someone making a viral marketing campaign, while the only tangible parts of the robot they have are a partially complete endoskeleton and some digital 3D models. This could be to attract the attention of angel investors, or to get eyes on Tesla. If this is truly the case, I have a feeling we've been given a beautiful slide deck of a complete burger, when all that tangibly exists right now is a bun.

The viral "Satyress" robot was made by a long-term Tesla employee, without anyone disclosing he's a Tesla employee.

The entire WEBSITE stinks to high heaven, but I am most concerned by the fact that Beau G presents it as a "startup" while actually being a 10-year employee of Tesla.

Would anyone like to form a lesbrarian discord or subreddit?

EDIT: The Lesbrarian Discord Server is now live!!! PLEASE let me know if you’d like to moderate because I very much need mods. https://discord.gg/sTFQNWkxX

Hi everyone, Happy Pride!!! I keep seeing Lesbrarian groups at Pride events, and I was just wondering if anyone else was interested in starting a discord or subreddit for lesbian librarians/library workers. I’m a lesbrarian and I think it would be really cool to have a community space.

(A trans inclusive one, also ☺️)
