OPI nail envy - I can’t seem to apply correctly dispite following directions.

I am new to doing my own nails, and I have dexterity issues. I think my issue is I’m not getting enough equal product and it’s forming lines?

[Routine Help] I’ve been consistent in my skin care for around 2 weeks now. However, I’m unsure whether my skin barrier is damaged as last night my moisturiser stung a bit, but didn’t this morning or evening. I have other products I want to add, but not sure it’s safe to do so yet.

Products currently in use:
Cerave Hydrating cleanser
Cerave moisturiser
Beauty by Joseon spf for sensitive skin (blue one)

Will be adding at soon, not all at once:
