I need help to set up my Paint(dot)NET to allow me to move the view, since SpaceBar and the Pan tool show the (✋❌) and don't move, and I want the first layer to be the transparent above the background layer (like the one above from ClipStudio Paint)

So, if you never tried; hit the < or > on your keyboard, that will make it choose the previous and next b'rush in the list respectively. Is there any way for the name of the b'rush you selected to appear like this ?

I've been working for about 4 weeks rarely opening the tabs menu, it has helped me a LOT in regard to my speed (and also cuz I have no room for the drawing with those big ah sidebars)

- The circle (b.rush size preview) to only be draggable from the right, by that I mean; the mouse, whenever you press AltGr and click, will always be on the right of the circle, instead of the mouse rotating around the circle. Like in the drawing I made, it would ALWAYS appear on the left of the mouse no matter where you click.
Is there any way to do that? Thx for ANY replies and for the help
