Hi, I find myself in a perplexing situation with my unlocked Galaxy S26 Ultra. When I try to switch to an eSIM with Visible, the IMEI checker shows it is incompatible. This is particularly puzzling, since the same phone is fully compatible with Total Wireless, Verizon Mobile, and Straight Talk (as verified by their checkers).
I've already reached out to Visible's support team for assistance, but unfortunately, their responses have been less than helpful. They simply repeated the phrase, "Why not just buy from Visible?" without providing any actionable advice. Ultimately, the support representative sent me a physical SIM (pSIM) to try.
My preference for using an eSIM stems from a practical need: I want to keep the physical SIM slot available for travel or emergencies. This situation is becoming increasingly frustrating, and I’m eager for any insights or suggestions on how I might resolve this compatibility issue with Visible.
