Have you experienced many traumatic events in your personal life?

I'm in my early 40s and I have had multiple traumatic events in my life, beginning at age 4. It got me thinking about whether there will be many more to come if I live to old age.

How many very impactful traumas would you say you've experienced? How has it helped or hindered you?

I know there's no "normal" but I do wonder if I just feel things too deeply or if I have truly had a challenging life. It would help to hear from others, especially those older than me. Thanks!

I'm livid right now. I had a reoccurring charge for years with an insurance company. Today I got an email that the payment was declined and I saw that BOA reversed the charge.

So I call them, am on hold for half an hour. Hang up and call back. Another half hour. Hang up and this time I request a call back. They call back 1.5 hours later. I tell them the issue. They say they need to transfer my call to fraud (why?! It's not fraud but ok). After another half hour on hold I hang up.

Is this really what we've come to? They truly don't care anymore do they. Been a customer for 20 years. It's infuriating.
