We've all seen games where playtime on the box is way off. My question is which games in your experience are have the most difference between listed playtime and actual playtime

Recently I was playing as savant and got hit by the cerenovus at night. Luckily this time I was told to be mad that I was the savant so no real issue, but it got me thinking if they had picked any other role would it have been breaking madness to ask the storyteller for my savant information? I'm not technically poisoned so my ability should still work but I'm also not acting like the madness role, is there an official ruling on if that is breaking madness?
