What are some smaller goals you set along the way?

I (35F) recently hit my goal of $100k net worth back in May. This was a big milestone for me and while I feel extremely behind for my age I am struggling to be proud/content and feel like Im constantly pushing myself to make more money to “catch up”.

I work multiple jobs and have cut my expenses to bare minimum to save and invest more.

My net worth is now 116,000 (with 91k in retirement accounts).

I set a goal of $125k with $100k in my retirement accounts. Once I hit that then what?

Looking for ideas.

How are we finding snow friends? (Sugar Bowl)

Moved away from Tahoe for 15 yrs just getting back into snowboarding al my friends either moved away, too old, injured, or busy to ride. How are we meeting snow friends in our 30s these days? I worked at resorts for years and it wasnt an issue. Looking to build community!

35F California hit the 100k back in early May now at $110k

Ive worked 2-3 jobs consistently, paid my own way through colleges barely taking any loans, did a ton of traveling in my 20s. It felt anticlimactic when I saw I hit the number but just found out about this sub so wanted to share.

Graph looks wonky as I just started using this budgeting app but Feb 2025 I started budgeting on paper tracking my net worth every month then using excel and now using free trial of app.

Manual investment accounts not updating?

I am in my free trial period and I really wanted it to

  1. Track my net worth
  2. Allocated expenses into different buckets

I have my brokerage/IRAs through Stifel and was not able to link so I had to manually. I entered all my stock holdings in each account. It does not appear to be real time updating. It says updated 5 days ago. I don’t like this I want it to refresh at least daily. Any solutions?

Thanks.

Dad getting $200 deducted and they told him to fill out for that will cancel medicare health insurance?

He called them and said he cant afford the $200 getting deducted and they told him to fill iut form 1763 which is the “Request for Termination of Medicare Premium Part A, Part B, or
Part B Immunosuppressive Drug Coverage (Part B-ID)” form. Does anyone know if this terminates his coverage?

Thank you.

She gashed her paw on what I believe to be the fence when she jumped up (which she does with them often but there was a screw poking out). Not putting any weight on the paw. Such a sad sad experience and now shes in a cone. Parents were understanding but I feel awful.
