Help! Service Recommendations

I took my vehicle to the dealership I purchased from for a routine oil change and they recommend the following:

Fuel additive
Motor oil additive
Wheel alignment
Air cabin filter replacement

Are the first two items truly critical? My vehicle is a Lincoln aviator 2025 with about 15k miles on it. They also recommended changing the cabin air filter but my brother offered to help me do that. And I plan to buy one of the lifetime wheel alignment packages from Firestone so plan to wait on that (though I’m open to any feedback on this too).

I am out of my depths in this area so would be eternally grateful for any advice.

[SFH] [OK] Home backyard fence faces neighborhood edition entrance. Should HOA contribute to replacement, if so, what’s fair?

Some years ago my family bought a home near the front entrance of the neighborhood edition. The home came with the wooden fence (separated by brick pillars) that line the main road. We put up fence on the remainder of the property. It is about time that back fence gets replaced, but not sure how to go about this in a fair way? No explicit info in the bylaws as there’s only a few homes that will have this problem.

We don’t expect anyone to foot the bill for our fence, but not sure how to proceed because we obviously can’t just replace it to match the rest of our property fence (still wood, just different stain).

Anyone work through something similar? Who was responsible for what? Open to any advice!

Advice please!

My dog has been licking (and biting?) at his back toward his hind leg. I first noticed it 4 days ago but it wasn’t this bad. He kept trying to get to that spot and it was a bit swollen but barely noticeable.

I’m not sure if this started as a rash or anxiety. It’s irritated and may be itchy, is there anything I can do to help him? Money is a little tight right now, so if I bring him in to the vet, I’d want to make sure there’s likely something they can prescribe or do that would help.

Thanks!
