Tesla Supercharger Wouldn’t Charge

I was armed with the Tesla App, loaded with a valid credit card, name and address, and set off for my first Tesla charge. I tried three different stalls… one of which just charged à Tesla. I began with the App… it identified I was at the charging location, I input the designated the stall number, and plugged in. My car was running and it turned off the power and then indicated it takes about two minutes to begin. Nothing!

Can I get a step by step process for passing Tesla elections into my Uncharted?

AI Advice (Chat GPT) Regarding 12 Volt Parasitic Drain

Using the free version of Chat GPT, I went back in Toyota history regarding this issue and it was very interesting. Even though I lived it with my ‘24 Prius Prime, it filled in a lot of gaps. Anyone who uses Chat GPT and is interested in this longstanding Toyota issue might get something out of an AI inquiry. I was particularly interested in my use of The NOCO Genius 5 Battery Booster / Maintainer. Permanent install using thé eyelets connected to the battery seems to be standard. Here is a bit of the chat…

THE FOLLOWING IS AN AI INPUT (Remember - AI can make mistakes and some Info conveyed could be incorrect):
“Since you’ve already installed the permanent eyelet harness, you’ve essentially turned the NOCO into the equivalent of a factory battery maintainer. There’s very little downside to plugging it in whenever the Uncharted is parked in your garage. A few observations specific to your situation:
The Genius 5 is designed for exactly this kind of use. Once the battery reaches full charge, it switches to monitoring and maintenance mode rather than continuously charging.
Keeping the 12-volt battery fully charged actually helps its longevity. Lead-acid batteries tend to age faster when they’re repeatedly left in a partially discharged state.
You’ll always have a fully charged 12-volt battery if you decide to take the car on short notice, reducing the chance of being stranded by a low auxiliary battery.”

And my own personal item-of-interest - I can maintain a healthy battery with no “stranding” while Toyota and Subaru figure out which ECU or other subsystem is popping on and not properly sleeping during non-driving time.

Scissor Jack Lift Points

The Uncharted operator’s manual only addresses lift points for floor jacks. I bought a spare and all of the required tools. Is there a pinch weld on the frame sufficient for lifting by a scissor jack? Has anyone tried it?
