Why does my dishwasher make this noise?
It’s an LG, about 4 years old, it makes this noise towards the end of the cycle, but it doesn’t last long either

Curious on what this would have costed me if I had someone else do it?
I had a lot of humidity, moisture and standing water in my crawlspace, which caused the subfloor to deteriorate as well as some of the floor joists. I had the crawlspace problem addressed and got it encapsulated, but I decided to rip up my flooring, subfloor and sister any bad joists as well as installing cats in between all of the joists. I am not a professional, but I am pretty handy and I knew this was something I could handle myself, but I’m just curious what you guys would charge to do a job like this, it’s about 600 ft.²

Is Trinity solar legit? Too good to be true?
I was approached by a rep today while in Home Depot, he scheduled me a free consultation and said that it’s no cost up front. After looking it up I found a thread from a Pittsburgh Reddit where people to seemed to have positive experiences. They also have 4.7 stars on Google. Has anyone heard of them? Or better yet, done business with them? Or any other local solar companies they recommend?

LVP suggestions
Hello all I’m looking to replace my very low quality vinyl flooring soon. It’s going on the main floor, which is half crawlspace and half concrete slab. We are having our crawlspace encapsulated and any moisture/mold problems will be resolved and then soon afterwards, I will be replacing the subfloor and then looking to install new flooring. I’ve been looking into cortec pro LVP and I’m curious on what people think about the brand and any other brands. I need something that’s waterproof and I would like a 20mil+ wear layer on it. Additionally, any prep/installation tips would be appreciated.

Advice/suggestions on diet with intermittent fasting
(29M) just started intermittent fasting a couple of days ago with a goal of weight loss, currently 304lbs. Ive dieted an exercised in the past and I’ve had great results, but that was about 10 years ago and now I have a wife and two kids so I figured this would be a great method for trying to lose weight right now. I’m doing a 16:8 with my window to eat between 12 PM and 8 PM. The fast part is going great. I really don’t have that much hunger and it’s not as hard as I thought it would be I’m just looking for recommendations on what to eat during my eating window.
