Missing 'Animation' folder in Content Manager on CTA5 Trial (Failed to load animation data)
Hi everyone,
I recently installed Cartoon Animator 5 (Trial version 5.34) via Reallusion Hub, but I'm having an issue applying motions to my character.
When I try to apply motion, I get a Failed to load animation data error. Looking at my Content Manager, the 'Animation' folder is completely missing under All (I only see Actor, Accessory, and My Collections).
I tried checking Reallusion Hub, but under "Add-ons for Cartoon Animator 5" I only see plugins (like Face Mocap, Rokoko, etc.) and no basic Resource/Motion Pack installer. My Registration/Order History page on the website also shows "No data found."
Has anyone experienced this on a fresh Trial install? How can I manually download or sync the default G3 motion resources so the Animation folder shows up?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
