Landlord gave us notice after 3 years no cause CA

Our landlord gave us notice after three years of living in a 55+ community in California. We have never had issues before and always pay on time. She did not give a cause. We wrote her back and notified her that she needed to give cause. 13 days later, coincidentally our 37 year old electric panel went out on a weekend and she refused to get an electrician there until Monday. We went three days with only partial electricity. Our refrigerator was out and she told us to just run a long electrical cord in the meantime.

She’s now blaming that panel outage on our EV charger for our car And is now threatening to sue us.

Anyway, after we notified her that she cannot illegally give us notice to end our lease without cause she just never responded.
Since then, she has done nothing but harass us with emails, letters, comes to the house to stomp around the yard and water plants without giving us proper notice and using our water. She even removed our front wrought iron Gate that protected our animals without notice . Looking on the Internet advice, we decided this relationship is no longer viable and let her know that we would accept her request to end the lease, but she needs to pay us to relocate equivalent to one month rent. That would be for our upcoming September rent. She has not responded to that letter but continues to email us and harass us for other issues.
I have never been evicted nor want one on my record.
Question does anyone know what she may be up to and if (she does NOT respond) and we don’t pay our September rent how long would it take her to evict us in California. We will be out October1, so it will only 30 days. But we need to apply that money to find a new place and security deposit.
Thanks for any feedback.

Help us choose our B2B add-on: Oasis of the Seas vs. celebrity Reflection out of Fort Lauderdale

My partner and I are booked on a fantastic 10-night Eastern Caribbean cruise on Celebrity Ascent from December 14th through the 24th (purposely timed to miss those crazy Christmas and New Year's holiday rates!).
Because we really want to see Key West and it wasn’t on this cruise itinerary, we are considering a back-to-back (B2B) by adding a short 3-night cruise right before it, from December 11th to the 14th.
Looking at departures out of Fort Lauderdale for those exact dates, we only have two options that call at Key West: Oasis of the Seas and Celebrity Reflection. We could do the wonder of the seas out of Miami, but I heard the clientele is way more party crazy people, especially a weekend cruise.
I KNOW these two ships are TOTAL opposites, but here is where we are torn
Oasis of the Seas (Royal Caribbean): We have never sailed Royal before and are really intrigued by the idea of trying a mega-ship just to experience the sheer scale of it. However, we absolutely do not want to deal with endless lines, and we aren't looking to be surrounded by hordes of screaming kids. Is the Solarium/adults-only space on Oasis enough of an escape, or will the crowds drive us crazy on a short 3-night sailing?

Celebrity Reflection: We know the classic Celebrity vibe and love it. But since Reflection is older and scheduled for its massive bow-to-stern drydock refurbishment in January, we're a bit worried. Does she feel incredibly tired and run-down right now, or is she still a solid, elegant choice for a quick 3-night getaway before we hop onto our main cruise?
Would love to get your thoughts, especially if you’ve sailed either of these recently or have done a similar B2B transition! As always gratitude to all responses👍
Thanks so much in advance! ⚓️🛥️

Help us find a Fun Cruise line/Ship with Ocean Views (Eastern Caribbean, 12-14 Days)

After a dull experience on the Royal Princess last Christmas, my husband and I are looking for a redemption cruise this November/December. That was our very first cruise!
We want a newer ship with a better vibe—something more upbeat than Princess but less chaotic than a 'party ship.'
Our Checklist:
• Itinerary: 12-14 days, Eastern Caribbean.
• Ocean Views: We want a ship designed to actually see the water from public decks (not just the Sanctuary or a private balcony).
• Amenities: Great gym for him, decent food and nightlife for us both.
• Value: Mid-range. We’re opting out of the drink/dining packages this time. We did not utilize them.

Is there a specific line or ship that feels 'new' and fun for the 55-65 age range without being a floating shopping mall?
I’ve been going down rabbit holes with YouTube videos LOL. Thanks
