Hello, I'm from Venezuela. If you're up to date with the news you know we just went through an earthquake.

I have three cats, we waited in horror for the movement to stop in what it seemed in an eternity, I almost thought it was the end.

After that my partner and myself out some shoes grabbed our cats and put two in one big kennel and another in a cat bag, they didn't hide and honestly did good. They didn't resist too much or tried to attack us, no scratches, one of them out one paw in the kennel to not going inside but we put the paw back in and that was it. I think we spent 3 minutes doing that and gathering our things to run outside the building.

Now, I'm wondering how much I can train them to be cool or even to follow better directions, several buildings collapsed in the country and people saved themselves because they ran away Immediately, I understand running away during the earthquake is not recommended but I keep thinking if I could gather my cats even faster or more efficiently since we're having lots of aftershocks.

We had a dog that sat on our side on command and also followed us on command, is this possible with cats? Mine already do some tricks, they come with their names, sit, do round and Hi5.

Hi runner friends! I'm trying to include drills in my routine but Idk how? Should I do them before running? Or maybe use a whole day to practice them? Because there's also the fact that I'm still learning how to do them so I take my time doing them.
