Never ran any compounds before. Dealing with low test symptoms so I'm starting enclo, but enclo lowers igf1 so might as well do it with MK. Where do I buy it that's not ridiculously overpriced but isn't like some sketchy bs
The cut lasted about 4 months and went from 193 lbs to 155 lbs currently at 5'11. I cut on 1750 cals and lots of cardio and now that I hit 155 I bumped my cals up to 2500 and about halfed the cardio and filled it with mostly carbs and my weight is still hovering around 155. I wanna stay lean for the summer but I wanna maximize growth, I don't mind doing a big bulk in the winter but I wanna maintain some shreds for summer 😉. What do I do until fall/winter? Just screw it and start the bulk? Maingain? Get leaner? What's the best move
