Beginner friendly guide to manifesting
Before we begin, I am no coach and I will not do coach sessions. I do not manifest for others. I will not consult you over messages or calls or pigeon mail. This post is written and published, because it is what I wished to see in the beginning of my journey.
I have been looking over the posts after posts seeking advice, seeking a clear cut way to the mastery of manifestation, and wondered what would I choose to do, if tomorrow I woke up back at square zero. The end goal, of course, should be to drop any and all methods. To manifest by simply deciding. But it is a hard concept to get ahold of for a newbie, so here is my clean and simple path to the manifestation for the absolute beginners.
It is built on intuitive and easy progress:
Assuming yourself as the master manifestor;
Assuming your desires;
Persisting in your new story.
Step one.
Accept yourself as the operant power, only source of free will in your universe and realize that you are THE master manifestor. Everything that happened in your life was leading you up to this point. Everything that you ever cognized was pointing at you being the source of your creation, everything that happened did so only because you willed it with your awareness. Get those notions through you ego. Dissolve the ego if needed, but this is not strictly necessary.
Your self-concept should resolve about being the pure consiouness, the operant power, the master manifestor. You can add "feel good" fluff later on about being adored, loved and such. In this guide we work on only thing - establishing yourself as the operant power. The operant power does not need to be "appreciated" to manifest, it simply needs to be.
The exercises of this step are simple: for beginners I would suggest to robotically affirm. Pick few simple and short affirmations: I am, I am pure awareness, I am the observer, I am God, whatever floats your boat. Stick to them throughout the day, remember them whenever you feel the control over your emotions slipping. The result should be the establishment of separation between yourself as consiouness and the products of the psyche of the physical body.
If you can I would recommend meditating. Again, it's not necessary, but it does help. Pick any guided meditation on youtube, read any guide on here or simply follow your own gut. Personally I do one-two meditations daily, just relaxing and allowing the darkness behind closed eyes to fully engulf me, allowing my thoughts to pass without any reaction to them. In the long run it helps you to detach from whatever 3D throws at you as projection of your past beliefs and uncontrolled assumptions. It also helps with breaking the tight hold of ego that it has upon yourself.
Step two.
Create a list of your desires. Write down everything that you wish to obtain, you can add and edit it to your liking whenever you want to do so. A list can be as short as several sentences or as long as hundred of pages. No limitations but your imagination. You can write it from the first point of view, from the past tense or whichever way suits your tastes. Read the list. Assume your creation to be finished. It is done.
Step three.
Now you have to persist with your new assumptions. The easiest way is to remember that imagination is one true reality -> 3D is a lie and shows you your past assumptions -> physical reality and time are not real, you already obtained your desires-> live in 4D. On practice it is harder than that, because most likely your ego, logical "mind" and emotions are wrecking your progress.
So the exercises themselves are simple. During the step three you are trying to persist in your new story. This means engaging with it in 4D aka your imagination, which I remind you, is the only one true reality. There are many, too many tools for that - visualization, robotic affirmations, subliminals, letter writing and so on, and so forth. I can speak only through my experience. I was bad with visualization at the beginning, but robotic affirmations worked wonders for me: "I live in wish fullfilled, I am happy because I received everything I wished for, I obtained everything from my list". Subliminals work for some better, so you can pick a few and listen to them whenever you feel wavering or reacting to 3D. As I said before methods and tools are endless in variety, and all of them work, so pick the ones that suit you best. Do not force yourself to work with methods that you find uncomfortable or limiting.
What is hard on step three is to ignore 3D and to persist with your new story. Your logical mind will keep feeding you the thoughts that you are delusional, that manifesting is not real, that time is passing and no results show up. This is a lie. And whenever those thoughts pop up, you must persist with the assumption of your new story. This is what people mean, when they say that you can waver and not believe in manifesting. The thoughts, the doubts will pop up and will bother you. They are the product of the physical brain that still works on the assumptions of your old story. You, as pure awareness that is above physical reality, have the ability to assume new story. So this is what you do with scripting, subliminals, visualization or whatever you like.
Important notes:
How to know if you are successfully manifesting? If you assume something as true - it is true. The creation is finished, do not judge your assumptions by what 3D shows you.
Why it takes so long? If you keep fretting about time, you are hindering your progress. Time is not real. Might as well add this to your list of affirmations.
Do not force emotions that are not there. Emotions, in my opinion, are not necessary for the progress. If they help you - go for it, but more often than not emotions are too volatile to be utilized consistently successfully.
Manifestation should not make you feel exhausted, mentally hurt or sorrowful. If you feel down on the consistent basis, if manifestation feels like a second job, if it drains you - get back to the step one. Those feelings occur because your mind is battling with your assumptions. Your mind is battling, because you give it power to do so. An affirmation of "I manifest even if I don't believe in manifesting" can aide with this.
Things to remember:
Physical reality and time are a lie;
Yes, it includes your body and neural pathways in your brain - they are part of 3D too, with all the consequences that it brings;
Past and future are a lie;
Only present moment of your awareness is the truth;
There is no free will outside of yourself;
There is no limit on manifestation, go crazy with it and see for yourself;
No method of manifesting is better than the other. They are tools, they hold no power unless you give it to them.
Be conscious, work on being in the present moment. Do not feed yourself upon past or future. It didn't happen and it will not happen.
