How can I earn my budgie's trust?

I got Budgies exactly a month ago, as a birthday present. I've managed to get one of them, the baby, to trust me; it climbs onto my finger, head, or shoulder. However, the adult one is not used. She flies, she bites or screams when I approach. What should I do? I let them go out from time to time and do what they want, because the cage is somewhat small

Deeply disappointed in myself

I honestly don’t know what subreddit I should post this in, which is why I posted it in 4 of them (r/adhd, r/aspergers, r/teenagers, r/depression).

For some context, I’m a 15 year old guy who was diagnosed not long ago with level 1 autism, inattentive ADHD, depression, and anxiety.

Because of these diagnoses, I’ve been feeling really disappointed in myself. I feel insufficient. Everyone I love who isn’t family ends up leaving me, and it just reinforces that feeling even more.

I’ve genuinely thought about ending everything before. I’ve self harmed more than once, but people found out and hid sharp objects from me.

A few days ago I was planning to save money to buy a box cutter and start doing it again, but I decided to resist the urge and spent the money on energy drinks and gym stuff instead. It probably sounds stupid, but I’d rather waste money on dumb things than go back to hurting myself.

My grades are what depress me the most. I study A LOT and still do badly. It just keeps feeding the cycle of feeling insufficient.

I don’t know if anyone wants to support me, give advice, or anything. I just really needed to get all of this off my chest.

(I used a translator for some phrases; English is not my native language)

Can someone tell me if this baby is a male or female?

Can someone tell me if this baby is male or female?

I was sold it as a male, although some people say it's female. However, since it's my first bird, I'm not sure if I can identify the gender.
