What should I do to make this look less patchy?

Hi all! I am living here for almost a year now and the grass on my tiny town house lawn still looks patchy. The curbside grass looks much more lush than my lawn. I am looking for suggestions to improve the overall look of this patch of grass that can do, having no experience in gardening.

Appreciate any suggestions!

My girlfriend’s first playthrough and she got lucky.

Beat RE4R several times now and unlocked cat ears but still no striker charm. Meanwhile my girlfriend sent me this while casually trying out the shooting range on her first playthrough. Sometimes people just get really lucky.
