2 Year Progress w/ Program Details
I thought I would jump on here to share my progress over the past couple years and show how powerful Reta and Tesa really is! I have been on a very strict meal plan and training program over the past 72 weeks where my calorie/macro and exercise variables have been controlled.
You'll see my major progress really kicked into gear after adding Reta and then even more so after adding Tesa!
I am open to any questions!! I feel like I've become somewhat knowledgeable over the past couple years so happy to help anyone in return, as this sub has helped me more than you could imagine.
Daily Macros
1525 calories across 236g protein, 79g carbs, 26g fat
Calories and macros change only slightly here and there when I want to swap out chicken for fish or other lean meat like pork tenderloin. I have avoided red meat to keep my fat down.

Peptides:
- Reta - started at 0.5mg/week and VERY slowly worked up to 3.5mg/week now -- split into two doses per week
- Tesamorelin - 2mg every night 30 mins before bed -- fasted at least 2 hours before taking.
In between, I have also tried 12 week cycles of SS-31, MOTS-C, and BPC-157 with varying success that I mostly attribute to placebo if anything at all. Of those, I would say the SS-31 was the most effective for boosting my energy but not so much that I could objectively say it was the peptide and not some other variable.
Hope this helps! Fire over any questions if you have them!
Edit: My cholesterol, triglycerides, and blood glucose used to all be out of range and are all now within healthy ranges. My natural testosterone was also on the very low range of normal, now its in the mid-upper range which is a nice bonus! My doctor is very happy with my blood labs and so am I. I am 38 btw.
72 weeks is not 2 years as the title says, but I started to take control of my health exactly 2 years ago. But I didnt take any progress photos until I started with a coach in Feb 27. :)
