How to trace the breaker attached to outlets with no power

In my living room (2nd floor), I have 8 outlets. They all have no power. The other rooms are ok. When I check the breaker box, none of them tripped. In fact, I turned off each one by one and turned back on, but it did not change the status of my Living Room outlets

My panel (in garage downstairs)has terribly labeled breakers. I turned on all lights and plugged in some night lamps and went through each breaker to see if there any effect. I think the dead outlets are for breaker #5 or #6 (labeled
Lights) but obviously I’m not sure. When I turned them off, I didn’t see any effect in the house.

Is there a way to trace back from the outlet to the right breaker? Do electricians have a tool to do this when there is NO power in the outlet?? I have the Klein tracer when the Power in On, but not when it’s OFF

New Citibank Checking Rules charging Service Fee

I have been a customer for nearly 30years. My checking account always maintained a minimum balance of $2k. Now Citi charges $15 per month. The only time it’s waived is if I have $250 direct deposits.

I don’t have any direct deposit but deposit $3k checks. But I am still charged $15. This is crazy.

Why did you change the rules as such??? It’s dumb

Can I use collars if I own shares ahead of the lockup end?

If I own shares of SpaceX as an employee, can I use collars that expire past the lockup to lock in my gains??
