Missing Sophia Transfer Credits on Degree Audit

Hi everyone! I’m currently enrolled at SNHU and I’m trying to figure out an issue with my transfer credits from Sophia Learning.

My academic evaluation is still showing these courses as “Still needed”:

ENG-130 — English Composition I
MAT-240 — Statistics
ACC-202 — Managerial Accounting
FIN-320 — Principles of Finance
U.S. History I / Historical Perspectives

I have completed these through Sophia, but they are not showing as satisfied/applied on my SNHU degree audit. What’s confusing me is that other Sophia courses are showing on my audit as “Satisfied by,” so I know some of my Sophia credits have been evaluated. I use Credly to send over my transcripts. 7 of my other courses have been approved.

Has anyone had this happen with SNHU?

Any advice from people who have gone through this would be really appreciated!

My makeshift template I put together

I’m not sure why I didn’t think of this sooner . I thought I would share to inspire someone who wants to organize their workload lol. I have two jobs along with school and sometimes seeing things getting crossed off can help with the mental load .I’m sure there is a template already out there, but I just don’t know about it yet. I hope it helps someone .
