Signed up for a 10k with little experience

hello runners!

i recently signed up for a 10k in 3 months from now as a challenge to myself. i have an extremely busy schedule and can only fit 1 to 2 sessions of running per week.
i started in june with a pace of 7:00 and i’m currently at a pace of 6:10 per km.

do you think this is acheviable for my 10k in october? if not, what can i do to put all chances on my side? thanks:D

Blisters on top of hand and on the side of my fingers

hey,
i noticed small bumps on top of my hand and on the sides of my finger. they didn’t hurt, but itched and i couldn’t burst them no matter what i did.
that picture was two weeks ago, they have since turned into red scars that are sensitive to the touch.

any ideas what this could be?

Ex constantly posting about you

Hey y’all,

I need advice on an ex that has been posting content about me for years (before and after the breakup).
Since our breakup, his posts and reposts have
been extremely negative and harsh towards me, even making things up to fit his narrative. He has completely disregarded what he did to me to cause our breakup and is bringing up old situations to make me look like an absolute vilain.

I cannot bring myself to stop looking at his content, since i wanna know what’s being said about me publicly. I know his feelings are sentimental and not factual, but it hurts deeply knowing I get hated on by strangers who know nothing of the whole story.

I’ve asked him numerous times before to stop making content about me since our breakup a year ago, but he says that’s his “way to cope” and have strangers relate.

How would you deal with this?
