I'm going back home to Namibia in October, but we're flying into Cape town to see some stuff first, then we're driving to Rehoboth. I know we need visas for Namibia now, but is it cheaper getting them beforehand or would it make sense just getting them as we cross.
For context, I have a British passport now

I've looked through the sub, but can't find anything about my specific situation (I may have been looking wrong in fairness)
I had my back molar out exactly a week ago, this is after root canal, multiple temporary fillings only for it to completely crack in two below the gum line and couldn't be saved.
For the first few days the smell and taste were kind of unbearable and until Sunday I thought I need to go to my dentist and get antibiotics but almost overnight that went away, now the gap is closing up, but not how I've seen it described. It's almost as if the two sides of the extraction site are coming together and closing up.
Is that a normal thing to happen?
I should add, it still hurts. A little, but still in a bit of pain
