I’m trying to figure out whether buying a ₹60 lakh house is realistic in my situation.
Here’s what I have:
₹30 lakh in savings.
A property worth around ₹35–50 lakh that I’m willing to sell if needed.
A pension of ₹50,000 per month.
Would I realistically be able to buy a ₹60 lakh house? Would it make more sense to use my savings as a down payment and take a home loan, or sell the property and pay most (or all) of it upfront?
I’m looking for financial advice on what the smartest option would be, considering loan eligibility, EMIs, and long-term finances.
I’m 18 and my girlfriend is 17. We had sex on **21 June**. She was on **day 3 of her period** at the time.
During the first round, I ejaculated. Before the second round, I wiped all visible semen off my penis, and we had unprotected sex. **I did not ejaculate during the unprotected intercourse** and withdrew before ejaculation.
After sex, she urinated and continued her period as normal.
Her next period was expected on **18 July**. On that day, she developed **period-like cramps** and started bleeding. The bleeding was **pink at first**, then turned **brown and slimy/mucus-like** over the next few hours. The flow is currently still light, and we’re unsure whether it’s just the beginning of her period or something else.
She also noticed that she had been urinating more frequently starting about a week after we had sex, although she’s not sure if it’s because she has been drinking more water.
We’re planning to take a home urine pregnancy test in the next couple of days if we’re still unsure.
**My questions are:**
Based on this history, how concerning is the pregnancy risk?
Does this bleeding sound more like the beginning of a menstrual period than implantation bleeding?
Is waiting another 2–3 days before taking a urine pregnancy test reasonable?

i cleaned it made sure there’s nothing left and then we did it
when i pulled it outside still it was quite dry i didnt feel anything

she also peed after we did it and also her period blood was coming out
she always gets her period a day or 2 before the last one and she feels weird a few days before it and acts like a bitch
but it’s 16th july today and she’s not acting any strange and no sign
